I got cams!
It's not a problem for a good tuner to make tunes that pass emissions for cams. Brenspeed can do it. DynoJoe has done it tons of times and the emissions inspections in Houston where he is at is very strict, kind of like Cali.
I have Hot Rod cams for REAL this time!!! 
They just came in from Sutton. I looked at one and it's obvious right off the bat that this is not a stock cam.
I can see the tighter LSA and I see the XE-XXX number printed on them. The XE-XXX number is printed on it in a larger font size than the stock RF- numbers so it's much easier to read. This is the real deal, no BS here.

I'll use the spring compressor (it's coming in tomorrow) but I'll make my own wedge. As much as I hate the price of the spring compressor, I think the wedge price is worse (even though it's less, it's just the idea of what it is for the price).
