It's like being born again when you install cams. You start out in first grade, just a tyke... loving the experience, sound and power. then you get to middle school...don't know much, start having problems and getting harrassed by the older kids...wondering if you should just end it all. Then you finally graduate..smart and strong, knowing how to tune your own car. Its a new life lol.

 

So you have one of the do-it-yourself tuning software packages now?

I think that would be fun to learn. Especially after taking classes from SCT.

 

I picked up the pro racer package from VMT. They'll write you an unlocked tune so you can modify the parameters yourself. Check with them.

I ordered some REAL hot rods from Sutton HP last thursday and ordered the spring compressor today (can't remember from who, I'd have to look it up) which will be here in a few days.

Scammers should have a bungee cord tied to their ******* and pushed off a bridge.

That is a bunch of crap! I hope you get it all straightened out.

 

So ebay gave me a return slip to return the cams to the seller (which I did yesterday). He has three days to respond after he gets them back with a full refund (he only wanted to give me a partial refund of $400 instead of $600 at first). If he does not, then ebay will refund me.

I hope after I get my money back ebay bans him.

Tomorrow my cams from sutton come in and Thursday my spring compressor. So I'll be all set next week. I already have the two phaser bolts and a bottle of Comp Cams cam lube. My tunes from Brenspeed and Bama are here and ready to go. I just need to install the newest SCT program version so I can load them on the handheld. They use a new format that requires the latest version. I hope there's no driver issue with Win7 64bit. But I still have an XP 32bit install that I could use if so.

Hmm. I just got an ebay PM from him saying some people have been threatening him (he also says I have which is false). He said he's forwarded this to ebay and the local police of those who threatened him.

This scammer is trying to turn this chit around on me. HE is the one who does an ILLEGAL act of fraud which carries jail time and is STILL trying to screw me over. What an outstanding citizen. :/

This is BS. All I want is my damn money back so I can move on. It's amazing he'd take this kind of risk for $600.
