roanoke, va I knew those hp numbers weren't realistic but thought if the dealers tune gave some decent power gains worth not to have to deal with all "this isn't covered under warranty" issues

 

The "warranty issue" pi$$es me off. Ford tells you that an aftermarket tune can void your warranty (as long as they can prove it's related to the tune), yet they will install a very similar tune. It boils down to Ford Dealerships wanting to make the money on your tune.

 

thats true, I would like to get some in-put from guys who have the ford tune to see how it stacks up. I only have about 1,500 miles on car now,was going to get my CAI, tune,and exhaust at about 3000 miles.

 

I'd call his bluff and ask him to back up his claim of 50HP.....just to watch him dance.

 

Again this is total bs! WAY to much money, a QUALITY tune is only $400, a tune and CAI is only $650 bucks, run away from this dealer! Do some research on here, these guys know what works, the dealer has no idea! They are trying to rape you!
