hmm.. sounds like thay don't know nothing.. and you still got a problem i take it.. well there are some smart guys and gals on this board.. thay might teach you a thing or too.. not try to be mean just trying to on your eyes.. them techs don't know it all.. some things are trial and error.. and guys and gals that race there car can tell you what works and what don't..

Good shifter + Kmember brace + torque limiters + urethane engine mounts = no more problem. Don't do the torque limiters if you're not going to do the engine mounts; they go hand in hand.

there shouldnt be an issue in doing the torque limiting brace without the mounts... unless you think its still going to flex so much that it destroys the bushings in the limiter. But you are right that it would be the best.

Tranny fluid isnt a fix all. I switched to royal purple like 3 weeks ago and it still grinds third gear on the first shift when the tranny is cold. I also have the CHE torque limiters, which by the way have no affect on the synchros malfunctioning when the tranny is cold. One other member had his car into the dealer and had his synchros replaced, but then had to get the whole trans replaced b/c the synchros screwed up again after a couple of months. Stupid 3650. You would think this would be something ford would catch, since they are manufactured up north.

my 09 is hard/notchey going into 2nd &3rd especially if its cold. does the same thing if its warmed up too sometimes. but if i shift at 2400-3000rpm its easy and smooth. 20000miles on the car w/ 10000~ on the tri axe
