just hope its just body dmg and the frame didnt get pushed a bit

 

The car was up on the frame machine yesterday. Ford said they showed no signs of any frame problems. It looks like it is pure metal and possibly some suspension work needed.

 

Looks worse than it is actually...

 

Well no real work has started so I am hoping that is the case.

 

So Ford called yesterday and said my car will be ready for paint before the weekend. I am wondering how long before I get it back. I was a little concerned they had it ready for paint already as it seemed awfully fast. However the guy at Ford assured me that it is looking great and offered to have me come down and look everything over. I am taking him up on the offer and going to take a look at the progress tomorrow.

 

so what bumpers did you end up with?

 

They are moving along pretty fast. Mine is still in the body shop, waiting for the adjuster to show up again. Take some pictures when you go to the shop

 

That was a nasty hit.

 

I just had the California Special rear bumper replaced with the same thing.
