I can't seem to find anything on ORC wheels. That's too bad.

My wife and I were in Germany and we traded her 1999 35 Anniversary Edition Mustang GT (Bright Yellow) for a Brand New American Spec BMW about a month before we left there. The Mustang was about 3 years old at the time. The Beamer was a sweet 325 with a 6 Speed and bright Red with Custom whels and low profile tires and every option you could get. I think we did have to pay the Tax is all. OH and we also had to put at least 500 miles on the car before we could ship it back to the states.

My wive works for the Dept of the Army and I was just about to retire from the Navy, that was the reason we were there. Funny thing is, when we got back to the states, we hated the 6 speed Manual in Maryland and DC Traffic so we traded it straight across for a 2004 Corvette with an Auto! Loved the Vett but adopted our dream child so traded that for a Cadillac. Ended up moving to San Antonio and when they switched to the new body styles we also got the 2010 Mustang (with the 5 Sped Manual..hahaha). So now you know the rest of the story.... LOL
