Default frpp whipple kit

my frpp whipple kit has part # M-6066-M11P7. that tells me that my kit is 550 h.p. 2007 polished kit. but it has the 3.375 pulley and i dont know what size injectors? for some reason i have (10) injectors, all the same with this on them. 020 158 060 & 1-08-10-07055245 & 4G7V-B5A & 927>PA6<FORD. can someone tell me what size are my injectors and are they the right ones? also the spark plugs are ford racing m-1240-3v0 ford racing? i have read in here that 3.25 is the pulley for this kit and the injectors are 39/lb. not 32/lb. all the parts are brand new, never installed. also i am glad the pulley is actually 3.375 and not 3.25. i am getting ready for the install and just want to make sure the parts are right!! thanks!!

Those are the red top injectors, correct? FRPP rates them at 32 lbs. However that's at 39psi for delta pressure. Delta pressure and subsquent fuel flow will be determined by the tune. Those are the injectors that come with a Whipple kit.

Edit: Bosch rates those injectors at 38 lbs with a 43lb. delta pressure. 0 280 158 060 is the Bosch part number.

A quick google search on the part numbers will give you the info too

The 3.25" pulley must make crazy boost on a gen 2. I make over 12 lbs on a gen 1 with that pulley.

My gen 2 makes around 12.5 with the 3.375 and 14 with the 3.250. That's peak boost with 9.5:1 pistons and shorty headers.

OP: You will be real happy with that pulley.

Crap! My Whipple HO 550 kit came with a 3.125 pulley. Now I'm afraid I might make too much boost on the stock block. Might have to contact Whipple again.

I contacted Jared at Lethal Performance about the 3.125 pulley in my kit and here's what he wrote...

"The 3.125" pulley is what's supposed to come in the 550hp kit. That will give you about 11-12psi.

The tune from Jon will work with that pulley without any issues. Also if you decide to throw more boost at the car later on and get a 3.00" or 2.85" pulley the same tune will work as it's all done by mass air calibration. Regardless of boost levels the meter reads the air and tells the computer to add or remove fuel."

I guess I'm ok.
