I read a 5.0Mustang article in which they tested several different headers and the SW didn't perform well IMO especially at low RPM's.

This car has ported heads, stock cams and a vortech t-trim. In order of power produced most to least. The shop is Anderson ford motorsports.
* HP....TQ
1st: MAC LT's with prochamber 42.13/ 36.90 (22.52 average gain)
2nd: Kooks (with x pipe i think) 40.76/ 35.71 (23.59 average gain)
3RD:stainless works(mid pipe??) 35.64/38.24 (12.78 average gain)???
4th:BBK(with O/R x) 33.61/29.46 (17.39 average gain)
5th: bassani(o/r x) 33.24/29.10 (17.39 average gain)
6th: Hooker(o/r x) 28.08/24.59 (14.57 average gain)
7th: Jba(o/r H) 26.30/23.05 (17.82 average gain)

I am sure that these tests are not perfect but here they are. I am sure it is based on mods, and this is under boost.
