Default Paint peeling/bubbling on my front bumper

I bought my 08 gt about 8 months ago with an extended warranty. About a few weeks ago, I've noticed that the paint on my front bumper began to bubble and peel off. I took it to the dealer and they said that some one might have backed into my car, therefore they told me to get lost. I took my car to an autobody shop and they told me the bubbling/peeling looks more like a half *** job by the person that originally painted the car. The shop qouted me $900 to fix the problem. What should I do?
Here's a pic of the area where my bumper is bubbling

Heck with $900 you could get a better after market bumper!

It is possible that when you bought the car, the dealer had a detail guy come in and spray/fix all the imperfections in the bumper. I've seen them do it on sight. It makes the front end as well a rear, look new again. Because the bumper is not made of metal, if you don't prepare and apply the paint correctly, peeling can happen.
At the very least, I would think the dealer should be willing to split the cost of repairs with you. It is obvious that there was some kind of a repaint job done to the bumper.

My suggestion is take it to ANOTHER dealer and ask them to fix it.
Some dealerships are nicer than others.
That OR talk to the service manager at the current one.
Explain to him that you are no idiot and can tell the difference in someone running into your car and bubbling from a bad paint job.
If he still says no... call fords 1 800 customer service and raise hell to them. That is a good way to get it fixed.

There is no way in hell you need to be paying to get this fixed.

I'm pretty sure I can tell the difference between an accidental scratch vs a half *** paint job
