Power upgrade questions
I like that answer. The only part I have an argument is where you mention that it is still a 4.6L.
A supercharger on the engine draws more air, but the engine is still a 4.6L, is it not?
Or does the supercharger change the Liter size of the engine too?

Right on Wild Wes, the supercharger pushes it in. While talking superchargers you talk in lbs of boots. This is a pressure term actually, the pressure coming from the screws forcing air into the cylinders (in the same manner as a cylinder compresses at it is driven upward)

The stock TB provides as much air as the stock internals and NA engine can handle. Putting a larger TB on is fine IF the engine can utilize the additional volume. If you had cams and LT's or planned on going FI I'd say go for the TB but not stock. Plus, aftermarket TB's have been plagued with installation issues; not by a huge percentage but enough to make many reconsider.
Ford did quite a few things right on these cars off the assembly line; the TB and exhaust being 2 of them.

Think you meant lbs of boost
even though lbs of boots might not be so bad just not as efficient. A bigger throttle body goes hand in hand with better flowing heads and intake manifolds, almost like exhausts ... if you have 3'' all the way back into a muffler that is 2'' what good did you do ? it's like WAAAAAAaaaaaaaaaaa
