I don't know either but that's what I always assumed. I was just curious to see if it was ever addressed and if anyone with a '10+ has had any problems

I doubt it, its kind of a diff design around that area.

Cool, yet another leak buster.
The drains are a well known issue.
Looks like you should have tackled
this job post water intrusion.
Thats not the only known point for water intrusion.
There are numerious TSBs out on the subject.

08s leak sometimes as well as the 05s and the 06es and the 07s and the 09s.
The TSB below shows it to be for the 2005-2009 model years...
