hey guys thanks for all the advice.
The same time i posted this message on here, i also emailed Rob at B.S.M.(as i couldnt find his phone number on the website), and also filled that complaint with PAYPAL.
And surprisingly enough, the same day i filled a complaint with him and PAYPAL, he emails me telling me that he "JUST" received my package back from USPS. He states that USPS had somehow ripped off my address from his package, but they had his address still so they were able to return my package back to him(EVEN THOUGH IT HAS BEEN 8 DAYS SINCE HE ORIGINALLY SHIPPED MY PACKAGE).
He says my stripes are undamaged, so being a fool, i told him to reship them to me.
Ill keep you updated on my story and will post lots of pics when i have the stripes on.

I've used BSM twice over the last 4 years. Both times I received the items in great condition, and they both worked out better than going to the local shop and using their vinyl that was offered. The stripes will be in a tube, but mine were never damaged. I like their prices too, and if I ever need more vinyl for a mustang, they're the first place I'm going to look.

I am looking at getting Lemans style stripes for my car as well as "GT350" rocker panel stripes. I did some research and heard that BSM was a good company to deal with.

However recently I did find some threads where the owner Rob could be in some kind of trouble. I had some questions about the products and I tried to email him a few times....and got no response. I also tried calling him but his voice mail box is full.

So something is not right and I just go tired of it....so I am now looking for another vendor instead.

tracking info with usps is totalyl up to the person who happens to pick it up and delvier it. if they dont feel like updating it, they dont. which means 99% of the time those trakcing options are worthless with USPS.
