Angry Window leak issue.

I have a 07 v6 coupe and it has the windshield leak issue. I work at a local dealership in the service department and can work on my own car with help. My question is, Is it hard to seal the seams and all that if i can find the leak? Has any one done this fix them selfs?

What makes you think it is the windshield?

If you *know* it is the windshield I would take it to a glass shop, mine only charges 100 bucks to reseal; and they will do a better job, taking the
ws rightout to reseal it

Review the TSB for the water leak. If that's your issue, then the TSB describes what parts are required and how to make the repair.

Water leaking in from above the SJB inside the passenger side kick-panel is indicative of the TSB related leak. Water coming thru the lower vents is NOT the TSB described leak and is simply clogged drain ports at the bottom of the firewall on the engine side.

Sounds like the water leak in TSB. Again, take a look at the TSB and it includes repair instructions. It leaks from faulty grommets. Not a lot of fun but you need to take care of it or it will cause your SJB to short out in the long run.
