If anyone wants a brand new set of Roush genuine leather seat upholstery for their "convertible", I just put a Red and Black two tone set up on Ebay. I won the bid on these back in March from Roush but just decided to keep my interior solid red.

When I was looking at purchasing it off the lot, I really wasn't sure I'd like the light graphite, but I grew into it pretty quickly.

Mine has the IUP, but the rest is solid black. I'm really glad I stumbled on one with the IUP. Because when I was looking for a Mustang I had no knowledge of Mustangs.

My guess is that OP's car came with dove interior (including gray cloth seats) with the sport appearance package (Premium steering wheel, shifter, maybe pedals?) and then the owner put in the black leather seats afterwards.
