I'm not running any type of tune...(I don't think).

I purchased it from a dealership about a month ago.

So 12-15mpg stock is what I seem to be getting.

Your 20 MPG for a DD is still better than my 17 MPG for a DD and my husband's 17.5 MPG. Don't know what you're complaining about. It's a mustang. The heat doesn't help it either.
