they were not done on all units just tsb's on ones brought in with problems pertaining to certain issues.. otherwise there would be recalls on all 2011-2012 mt82 trans.. A tsb does not mean they made the changes in the factory or anything different just band-aids to fix the trans issues!
Perfect example is ShaneM around here who still has the trans locking out at high RPMs in his 2012 Boss.
