I figured it out!!!! My Charge Motion Motor is shot, The valves were not opening at all, we figured this out yesterday when I had the hood open and noticed a very strange sound coming from the back side of the motor. Whenever I turned the key on the motor would produce this loud clicking/ electrical sound. After the motor was started I manually moved the valves and they stuck in the open position, I jumped in and took the car around the block and everything worked out great! Now I will probably just install the Steeda Motion Plate delete kit instead of buying a new motor.
Hey thanks so much for that video, by far the best one out there...should be made a sticky if it's not already. Well you definitely got my confidence up! Quick question though...when you use the Lisle tool to break the porcelain do particles fall into the cylinders?

Glad you found your problem.
To answer the question.. yes. This is a huge issue. When the electrode comes out, there's an open hole into the cylinder. I used a small piece of toilet paper to plug the hole before pulling out the Lisle tool to push the porcelain down...
