Default Question about another noise, never noticed before...

I put my rear seats down a couple weekends ago to transport my Roush Side Splitters, and of course noticed more noise in the cabin. What I particularly noticed was a continuous scraping kind of noise. After folding the rear seats back up, I'm still hearing this noise. I would characterize this noise as kind of being like the very, very light noise of a brake dragging. After hearing nightmare stories of people having issues with their car's rear-ends, it has me wondering if I should be concerned or if I'm just being too sensitive. My car is a 2014 GT with 6-speed manual and it has about 6300 miles on it.

Hey GLOCKer,

I recommend you make an appointment with your Ford Dealer to get these concerns addressed. Also, PM me with your VIN, dealer, mileage, full name, best daytime number, and a brief description of the concerns you’re experiencing so I can escalate this for you. I’ll forward this to the customer service manager for your area.

Thank you. I'll PM you when I'm ready to take it to a dealer, but I don't know when that may be. My car is staying in the garage during all of this nice (not!) weather.
Thanks Deysha!

Aaaaaaand let the speculation games begin!

Seriously, go to the dealer if you want answers that have a chance to be right.

Hope you get it sorted out! I get paranoid too so I understand fully, which is why when I get a new car I will drive without listening to music for like a whole month so I can learn every noise that the car makes...I'm weird like that lol.
