Smile 2006 Fuel Pump Question

I need help with something. Its a simple question for one of you (not me obviously). My son bought a 2006 GT. It is mint! It will not run. I found that I have power to the fuel pump relay but the relay coil has no power. I can jump the relay load side and get the fuel pump to run. I have scoured the internet looking for a wiring diagram and I cannot find one for the 2006. I am not new to these cars, all me experience is with older ones. My first car was a 67 K Fastback. I have found many references to the CCRM which on models just a few years older could be an issue. I don't see one on the 2006. I am suspecting a PCM issue. Pain in the butt with the keys. I also have a few random codes like both O2 sensors and cam position sensors. looks like a PCM. Before I go down the PCM road, can someone chime in here?

Thanks in advance,

Have you tried resetting the fuel pump inertia switch? It is located on the drivers kick panel behind the hood release lever closer to the firewall.

Yes, the inertia switch shows to power the load side of the relay. My problem is the control side of the relay never gets a command to run.
