well torch red..the minimum octane i saw here was 95 OCTANE its for 6.somthing ( Dirhams ) PER GALLON as for a US dollar which equals 3.68 arab emirates dirhams...and since i just got back from a math test let me do the math...

6 divide 3.68 = 1.63 so by adding that something you will need 2 dollars point something to have a 95 octane,We also used to have a 93 ocane but it was leaded so after unleading it and doing that chemistry stuff it was raised to 95..which is called the special in here and so is for the 98 octane its called Super in the gas stations...

but somewhere i have read that our octane is kinda diffrent from some other countries.. using some type of diffrent formula's anyway i won't talk much about the gas because i don't know much im afraid to sa something that i am unsure of and finally people will call me a B.S'ER ( bull$#iter ) :P
