I got rid of my shaker when i found out i couldn't hook an ipod to it. I seen some aftermarket kits for it but they weren't 100% compatable and needed hacks to get it working. i went with a pioneer and it hooked up nicely. Sound? There was a noticable sound quality difference between the pioneer and the shaker. Music was a lot 'cripser'.

Now I got my ipod hooked up and never listen to the radio anymore. i got about 8 days worth of continous music and i have it setup to play randomly(life's like a box of chocolates... )


Get the shaker 500 for the amp and speakers. Pull the head unit as soon as you can and buy an after market head unit, then sell your shaker.
