That is the RTR package. It comes with lots of suspension upgrades, the chin spoiler and splittler, side splitters, rear defuser/splitter, wheels/tires, inside upgrades, etc.
It costs around $8k from your dealership. They just started selling the parts on latemodelresto but they will not sell the stripe package...
I have started looking into having someone custom make these stripes and most graphics shops are passing on this task due to the intricate curves and nature of following the body lines.
