fullauto.. i don't mean to slander your post so don't take this offensively, but in all respects a forgedOTS 5.0 piston (.030 over) along with forged rods and a forged crank could be had for about how much?

also, won't a longer rod stroker kit change the rev limit?
What you are asking for (because of that specific piston)they do not make it kit form. You'll have to find someone to piece it together for you. Ican getall those parts individually, BUT with all the issues you'll have down the road, I won't sell it to you. I want no part of that build. IF you can find someone whose priority is just making a buck, expect to pay $1500+ for quality parts. And since you'll be buying a crank for longer rods and shorter pistons (since that's all they make), expect for abalancing bill to be biggerthan your house payment. If you want a "no questions asked" kit (crap), I can get you a "forged" crank, "forged" rods and "forged" pistons all for probably $1000. But again, you can't ask any questions. The parts are probably made by a13 year old in the Phillipines under tha brand name Mattel. I'd just refer you to the people though, as I want no part of that deal either.

If you want a real forged 393, they start at $1249.
