.060 is fine....all it means is there is nothing left for you to bore out, when buying a block you want it as close to stock bore as possible b/c later down the road when you want to rebuild it you may want to bore it out so you have a fresh surface for your piston rings. each time your bore it out that is one less time you can rebuild it or bore it out. it being bored to .060 isnt going to cause any problems, but it is the end of the road for that block, it would most likely be the last time you rebuild it

well the car will be daily driven as of now and i dont really see that changing for a couple of years unless i find a really cheap honda after i pay off the stang. so i will stay with the .040 bore and keep checking around for someone to do my work cause his prices were kinda steep compared to some ive seen posted on the boards here. also im looking into the victor jr heads but not sure what intake to go with since im going to stay efi. ive been thinking the trick flow setup? maybe
