i actually had it in my car before i pulled the 302 out. i liked it it shifts worlds better than the TKO could ever dream of. i actually just sold it and bought an Astro A5 tranny (basically a FULLY built T5). i couldnt pass up the shift feeling as well as the lighter weight (~75lbs vs 130ish for the T56). i also got my A5 with the .79 road race 5th gear (still have 3.73 rear gears so im gonna be SCREAMING on the highway). if you dont mind some extra cruising rpm id say go for the A5, as its cheaper and just bolts in. if you want lower rpms, have the cash, or just plain want to be able to say you have a 6spd, go T56. i got mine from D&D Performance, great guys.
