any decent horsepower adders for this car yet?

any decent horsepower adders for this car yet? like heads/cam/intake manifold kinda stuff or are we still in the "CAI/Chip/Exhaust" phase of aftermarket?

Powerhouse and SSM have built blocks, heads, cams and valve jobs available for the 4.0. I am running the PH built block with all options on mine, no numbers yet.
