I'm trying to find out what tranny I have. I was told that in the middle of 2001 they switched from the T45 to the 3650, so if any one could tell me how to find out which one I have I'd appreciate it. Thanks in advance.

Go open your driver's side door and look in on the door jam. You will see a little sticker with a bunch of random numbers on it. Look towards the bottom right for the letters TR. If there is a k under TR, then you have t3650. If not, you have t45.

Thanks bro, turns out it is a 3650, which I'm told is a better tranny.

No problemo. It is a better tranny, however there are quite a few TSB's (technical service bulletins) out for it in the first few years of production...
