Does anyone have svo heads on there 281? I saw that sean hyland racing got them for $900. and they say they its a direct bolt on for non-pi's? what gains could you expect for a stock non-pi with them? Just sems cheaper than a pi set of heads + conversion.

With out the very expensive svo intake manifold its not really going to be much. The non-pi intake is horrible.

i thought just the heads were poor flowing, would say try it, if anything, just buy the intake afterwards, direct bolt on, is a HELLA lot easier then the swap (i imagine)

Actually the svo heads flow better then pi heads but the intake is like $1500 not sure off the top of my head but it's def. over a $1000. Where as a pi swap could be a lot cheaper. I really think that you would be dissapointed in your new heads with the non-pi intake. That would really be holding you back. Although the pi swap will increase compression so if your going F/I that's something to think about as well.
