When I had my '00 up on 4 jackstands, I put the front 2 under the A-arms and the back 2 under the rear axle.

I don't know if those are the correct places but it worked for me and nothing got broke or bent.

Someone else can let you (and me) know if this was correct/safe.

i just use the frame, its hard to miss. i remember the first time i jacked it up though, my bro told me to doit by the sideskirts, needless to say i screwed up the sideskirt mounting. so next time around, i just used the frame.

I use the weld in subframe connectors if I want the suspension to hang.
I use the a-arms and rear axle if I don't.

If you don't have connectors you can use the frame rails in the front and rear. They are pretty distinct rails just outside the tranny tunnel.

The area where the rear control arm bolts to the car is pretty strong too.

I am going to get jacking rails so that I can use the pinch weld area on the outside and leave the middle wide open.

Maybe my car spends to much time off the ground?[:-]

I support the car by the K-member and the rear axle.

The jack points are listed. look near the back of the book I beleive.

They are slots just infront of the rear tires and just behind the front tires.

just do it on the pinch welds, but on the thicker ones, or else the thinner ones towards the center of the car will bend

+1 on the sideskirts. I had a link to the exact points and will see if I can find it again.
