Default maf size.

Does any body know the stock maf size. Would it be that restrictive to keep it or is it really worth the $300 dollars to upgrade. I am going with a bbk cai and bbk 70mm throttle body, and a trick flow upper plenium, for the intake track. Is it gonna wake this combo up dramaticaly or barelly notice anything.
