What motor oil?

What motor oil?
Okay, I am confused now, as I am afraid I misread something that my mechanic wrote some time ago...
Which oil would someone recommend for a forged internals 4.6 with a vortech s-trim in normal weather conditions with almost no miles on the motor?
Synthetic? Or regular? And why? What is the diff?
Sorry I asked something similar a few months ago, but...

RE: What motor oil?
i'm not sure what weight but Tim @ MPH who has built and tuned thousdands(yes thousands) of supercharged 2v GT's always says use dino oil not synthetic because they're is excessive blow by with synthetics on blower/turbo applications

RE: What motor oil?
Definitely go with the synthetic AFTER you break in the engine with standard oil. The first oil change is within 20 miles. The second at 500, next at 1500, then at 3000, then switch to synthetic.
The weight is determined by your build. If you build it tight, you need a lighter weight oil. Build it loose and you need a heavier oil. Most likely, 10w-30 will work fine.
