paint my calipers?

RE: paint my calipers?
If done right they look good. IMO, if it LOOKS like you painted them yourself, then they look bad. If you take a lot of time to do the job and get a good kit + maybe some decals, they look great.
Personally, I'm thinkin' about painting my calipers black, just to cover up a couple of the brownish rust spots starting to show up on them

I painted my black and then cut out some plastic to insert in the backside of the brake pad and painted it Rio Red to match the car color. (its visible on the front of the caliper). Granted I have Cobra rotors and they look nice to begin with, but with the homemade inserts painted to off set the black calipers against a red body color...they always draw attention. Unique is what its all about with the bling. Just another side note.....drove all the way from Illinois to Myrtle Beach, SC for Mustang Week and found that most people drive their cars to cruise ins, brag about their horsepower, but don't open their hoods or trunks. Where we are from your car is a complete package...power, looks on the outside, inside, underhood, under body and trunk. Maybe its just me cause I'm getting older but thats the only way to fly....
