Default cats or no cats?

I recently got flowmasters on my gt and a friend recommended to take off 2 cats. I was about ot take them off when another friend told me not to, that taking them off might result in affecting performance in a bad way. what do you guys think?

the less cats, the better with our setups. Sometimes you lose a SLIGHT amount of JUST OFF IDLE torque, but you gain power throughout the band.

I got that setup... flows with O/R H
