I ran 14.1 on street tires, I think high 13's is what you should get.

Slicks? Let's be realistic. A 230-240RWHP isn't going to fry the tires out past the 330 because it has the power to do so, even with 4.10's. A respectable street tire will allow 4.10's to work their magic, however to get everything out of the gears...a sticky tire will be needed and a basic DOT legal drag radial will be just fine.

+1 on the Drag Radial
Mainly stock car, you want Drag Radials. With slicks, even if you rev high and drop the clutch, your cars gonna bog. Go with Drag Radials as Dan04Cobra said

I say 14s untill you get 4.10s...I have full bolt on and havent broken into 13s yet because I have horrible traction. Actually my time has gotten worse since i did the 4.10s due to traction issues

well, my first time was a 13.6xx @ 103xx w/ bolt ons w/o headers. and on street tires. so mid-high 13's are totally possible depending on race conditions. GL

1-mid to high 14's your first few trips..

2-with street tires,, 14.1's or so

3-DR's high 13's,,

4-DR's with practice.. 13.5-13.6

this is my experiance thus far. i am currently stuck on 3

he has 4.10s, so what do you mean 14's until you get 4.10s
