HOW LONG WOULD A STOCK MOTOR LAST WITH A 50 OR 75 SHOT?

About 1 day less than a stock motor, unless you have it on constantly (which is pretty much impossible).

You can safely run a 100 shot on stock internals, but you should have it tuned for nitrous regardless of the size of the nozzle.

just dont press the button alot and dont press it below 3000 rpms...nitrous doesnt become nitrous until your at WOT...otherwise its "self destruct"
