Default ...PI Swap...Manifold Questions...

hey guys. i finally have all my parts for my pi swap.
the only question i have is where do i tap the hole on the crossover?
and why do i tap it? because there is a 2nd temp sensor?
if you can post everything that you think would be helpful, that would be great.
thanks!

oh, and i got all of my stuff, with gaskets, heater hose, hardware, etc. for $700

you can do what I did. if your old intake has aluminum cross over you can swap it out with th p.i. crossover then you can use you alt bracket and your water temp sensors it what I did

Tap it on the flat spot next to the tstat housing...use a 3/8-18 npt tap and i think it was a 9/16 drill bit.
