I payed a little more than you did for my 02 w/ 35k miles on it. But I love the car, so I dont see it as "overpaying."

+1 same here. Even though all my BS and taxes and licence and yata yata yata leaves my payoff balance to the loan peeps at $21,700, its like Dan04Cobra said: "If you like the car and enjoy it, you didn't pay too much. Don't worry about it."

That sounds like a decent price, although if you search long enough you'll always find a better price. I got my 02 GT with 50,000 miles for $11,000 with all taxes and paper work done.

My 02 GT was $13,500 w/52,000 miles. Every option including leather, TC and the crappy *** Mach 1000.

It depends on your area demographics and demand. I bet they're a dime a dozen in Seattle.Los Angeles, on the other hand....
