Clutch pedal feels crunchy/not smooth
Here is a video of it, you can turn on sound to really hear how it binds up:
My clutch pedal often 'sticks' to the bottom and will then jump up instead of smoothly releasing, and sometimes does this along the travel as well. I have a new steeda clutch cable (which I lubricated before putting on), quadrant, and firewall adjuster so I don't think it's an issue with the cable or the pedal itself, and this issue was happening before I put them on. The problem seems to be worse when the car gets up to temp, as more often than not, when I first start it up after it's been sitting overnight, it works as it should and is smooth, but then gets worse over time.
Can a bad throwout bearing do this? I am just looking to see if there is anything I can try before pulling the transmission off to check inside, it's an 01 with 66k miles so I'm thinking it's on the original clutch and all the contact points that are usually greased have dried out and are causing this
