if by a little more u mean up to 1500 hp, than yea, a teskid block is the way to go. also is that the same block that was in the lincoln mark 7's or is it different?

i would look for a 96-98 which has the teskid block since it can handle a little more. basically its our engine with the kinks worked out. ie: the heads. they make N/A pretty easy it just takes a little money. an 03-04 would be great but you want n/a, so no go.

yes sir, as long as u have the internals to go with it, the crank is good for that much i think, but the rods and pistons arent thats for sure. so that might open up some doors

Damn it could handle 1500 HP?

yea i have been tryin to get a 96 cobra for a while now, so they are nice, and imo they may not be the fastest, but they are the nastiest sounding stock cars i have ever heard, my friend has one and i drove it and it truly sounded like a drag car and all he had was an off road h catless and flow 40's. so theres another thing to think about

where do you find a nice fox with a 5.0 for 2-3k?
big bore nasty custom cams svo heads intake all bolts and 12.1 compression on a 2v made 430rwhp. go to modular power house and do a search
you're talkin some serious coin here, but ya i've heard about that car. fastest n/a 2v isn't it?

If you're set on making power and staying n/a, you might look into buying a nice fox body and upgrading the engine in it. You should be able to get a nice fox body with a 5.0 for somewhere around 2-3k. The 5.0 responds way better to mods and is much cheaper to build than a 4.6. You couldstroke the 5.0 to a347 that would put out some sick hp numbers.
If you're looking for the cheapest route n/a, that would probablybe it.
