Ininna--- is that the part right next to the muffler bearing??
As far as drilling it out, be careful. One slip with the drill & you`ll do some fancy artwork to your fender[&:]

im a sheet metal mehcanic i can handle a drill pretty well
i spend my day changing the skin of an airplane drilling out rivets
i just cant spell lol
