Well I FINALLY found where the noise was coming from!! Believe it or not, it was an exhaust leak at the passanger side header gasket. Had to be the hardest one to get too, it was coming from the rear most exhaust port gasket which is the hardest one to get too. I had lock bolts on it too but I guess since it was basically a new install less then a month ago, the heat got to the headers and gasket and needed retightening. Well all is good now and thank you all for your suggestions.
