Default not runnin right

finnally had a good day so i took my car out and noticed it didnt feel right in lower rpm but once i get to about 3k and past it feels fine any1 know what theproblem is?

Check your plugs and coils. Make sure they're on all of the way and not carbon tracking. And pull a plug or two to see if they're worn. Check your fuel filter, too. And also check the basics: air filter, mass air, tps, vacuum lines,EGR lines, etc.If everything seems okay, change your plugs to Motorcraft if they're not already. Let us know if that doesn't help.
