Any reason you are choosing Shorties over Long tubes?
Cobblestone streets.......... if an when I decide to lower it, that will be a BIG issue.
Hmm. Well I guess since you are pulling the motor it wouldnt be bad to slap them on. Its seriously just a couple hp.
If the motor doesn't have to be pulled, then it won't be. I was under the impression though that in order to ensure a good fit and finish for the headers, it was a neccesity. Don't you have to pull the Tranny back anyway to get to the headers> Maybe I will just have the headers done when I get the clutch put in.

Shes an old push rod but she will def get the job done. How much is that?
13k.......... not really that bad for 515 HP
13K for 515 flywheel horsepower?

You can make within 10-15 of that on a stock motor FI car

Supercharger FTW!

Thanks for the heads up....... I have been here since 1993, with the Military and now as a Military Civilian. The Bullitt is a hard car to find a good mechanic. I have 1 of the 2 in the entire country. Where were you at and when?
