I got a 2001 Auto about 2 months ago.....modded in this order....1- Tunable Induction CAI, 2- 75mm Accufab Throttle body and Plenum, 3- 4.10 gears (3k rpm at like 85 mph, happy with them), MAC Long Tube headers (ceramic) btw these are probably best for the $ that fit an Automatic, Prochamber midpipe, Borla Stingers and SCT Xcal 2 with 93 octane Tune. Mach 1 chin,Black Bumper Insertsand Grill delete.
I just realized this wont help you much since I did all these mods basically at the same time but if I had to do one at a time with months in between I would probably do Exhaust (with long tube headers if youre going that route, since youd have to buy a shorter midpipe.) Then I would do gears with SCT tuner since you would have to adjust for gear ratio. My main concern was to not install something that I would not have to replace later on. Since Im doing all the work myself.
