But something has to be read wrong because I have never heard of a 3.28 but im no car mechanic. Maybe 3.08?

you could jack the rear end up and spin the tires one revolution, noting how many times the drive shaft spins. That would rough it pretty good. Or just call for and give them the vin number, i'm sure they could tell you
