Lately i've noticed that theres a strange noise coming from my car everytime I push the clutch in. I thought it might be my TOB but those only squeak dont they???? The sound sounds like a very fast ticking, fast like machine gun fire. There's no noise at idle until i push the clutch in, then "tick tick tick tick tick" really fast. Any idea as to what might be causing this sound??? Could my clutch be going bad???? I dont see how it could be since my car only has 32,000 miles on it.

Could be a broken/cracked finger on the pressure plate's belleville spring, a broken/cracked PP strap, a broken/cracked throw-out bearing mounting ear, or even the ToB itself; they don't always just squeak--you're going to have pull the tranny to find out exactly what's wrong.
