In the middle of each seat "section" there is a tab that you're supposed to push and it'll release the seat.. Mine didn't work, so I just yanked that bish out..

its not hard at all, theres little tabs that you pop out let me give you the link...
youll need a like 12mm or 8mm wrench to unbolt the back portion and whole thing comes out, its about 45 pounds total.

mustang maintence and rear seat delete section should take you step by step

yea, there are 2 white tabs.. about 5 inches from each side... and then it pulls straight up... for the back one it has 2 bolts at the bottom and some clip on the top.. these vert seats are very light btw...

I just swapped my seats for Mach 1 seats and I found this link to be really helpful. The clips are a pain in the tail. Go slowly and carefully with a flathead screwdriver and you'll get'em.

Be careful when pushing in the tab.. I broke mine somehow

They dont want to come out easy.. have to pull on them quite a bit.. and hte seats are EXTREMELY light.. kinda shocked me how light they are...
