those with kb.
so after i get my hood in the next few weeks the nex mod im saving for is a charger. i didnt wanna go this route but i said **** it last night at a car show. there was a 03 cobra with a whipple charger pushing 25psi. so i desided i wanna go with a kb 2.1 9psi intercooled. i know its a nice hunck of money but im young and dumb and dont have anything else to spend money on other than my car. and the gf says do it while i can bc when im older its alot harder. so within the next year ill have a kb 2.1 intercooled.
here are the questions
1. did you do the install your self and how hard was it?
2. are the intercoolers on the kb front mount or where?
3. how much power are you putting down?
4. how is gas mileage?
5. how much did it cost you all together for the kb and tune?

RE: those with kb.
Lots of questions #1 yes I did the entire install myself #2 intercoolers are mounted in the grill visible in the lower opening. #3 I am guessing haven't dynoed yet around 430 hp and 425 tq #4 last time I topped off I was making 20 mpg. #5 $5700 included everything minus spark plugs antifreeze and guages and thats all the bells and whistles big tube kit 90mm maf switch chip. K/B will send you their tune in their chip which is very reliable and safe so an after install tune is not necessary.
