its a lube issue. go to auto zone , 2.99 and about 10 minutes of work.

disreguard i didn't read all the posts before i posted.you can do the axle change yourself. its not too difficult and its easy to find detailed photographed instructions online via google.

I would keep on the place you boiught the car from...if you have a warrenty it should be covered and just pay the deductable....less headaches for you and it should only be 50? or 100?

Extended warranty doesn't cover it. Left a message on my lawyer's voicemail. Waiting to hear back.

if the warrenty doesnt cover it and they wont pay for it...youd be better off either trying to fight wit them to cover it, at least maybe they will eat the labor or parts, either you pay labor they pay parts or visa versa....try that maybe that will work....lawsuits are long and tiring and take forever to work out...
