The only way to get the engine out with the headers on is to pull it out the bottom of the car. That's how I got mine out.

What kind of long tubes? If they are mac you cant drop it in with the driverside header on if its BBK you can you just have to wiggle the engine around and have a good angle. I put mine in with the passengerside Mac longlube on but had to put the driverside on after.

Lift the car drain the oil and tranny fluid and disconnect the steering shaft.

Take the dust cover off the clutch lever (if it's a manual) and take the clutch cable loose.

Take the line off the bottom of the power steering pump.

Disconnect the two power steering cooler lines.

Take the wheels, brakes and rotors off. Take the springs out and disconnect the lower a-arms and steering joints from the spindle.

Drain the freon and disconnect the AC lines. Disconnect the heater hoses also.

Take the midpipe, driveshaft and cross member out.

Put the motor and tranny on jack stands and lift the car off the engine slowly.
